The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has taken custody of two people arrested in connection with Uri terror attack. They were apprehended by the villagers due to their suspicious movement in Uri sector and handed over to the security forces.
Earlier, during their interrogation by the NIA, they disclosed that they were tasked by the JeM Commanders to facilitate infiltration of a group of four JeM cadres who carried out the Uri attack.
On being shown the photographs of the four slain terrorists, the accused identified one of them as resident of Muzaffarabad in Pakistan occupied Kashmir.
