Government has launched a registration module for Indian students studying abroad so they could be reached in case of emergency.
External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj in a tweet said, the Ministry has started a Students Registration Module on madad.gov.in.
She has requested all Indian students to register themselves on this module. In a series of tweets, she said this registration will be of immense help, in case of any emergency, Indian Embassy will be able to reach the Students. Currently there is no data available on the Indian students studying abroad.
