BJP has described Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s visit to Lahore as a substantive beginning of a new chapter in India – Pakistan relations.
The party also said it is a transformative movement in the sub-continent.
Briefing reporters in New Delhi today, party spokesperson, M J Akbar said peace process has been revived with Pakistan and Prime Minister has done it in an extra ordinary manner.
Mr. Akbar said that New Delhi has always resolve the issues with Islamabad through peaceful dialogue.
The BJP spokesperson took a dig at Congress for criticizing the move saying it is regrettable that some parties are doing partition politics.
