Southwest monsoon is vigorous over Assam and Meghalaya and active over Uttarakhand, West Bengal, Sikkim and North East region. Heavy to very heavy rainfall with extremely heavy falls occurred at isolated places over Meghalaya. Heavy rainfall has also occurred at isolated places over Uttar Pradesh, West Bengal and Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Odisha and Karnataka. Met department has predicted heavy rainfall at isolated places over Bihar, Kerala and Lakshadweep.
