Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense (MND) has said it detected 8 sorties of Chinese military aircraft and six vessels operating around its territorial waters this morning.
Of the 8 sorties, 6 crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s southwestern and eastern Air defense identification zone. The MND said they have monitored the situation and responded.
Yesterday, Taiwan’s Ministry of National Defense detected 12 sorties of Chinese military aircraft and seven naval vessels operating around its territorial waters as of 6 am local time.
Similarly, on Wednesday, Taiwan also detected 13 sorties of Chinese military aircraft and six Chinese naval vessels.
