Six people lost their lives in a bus accident at the Vinayak area of Almora district in Uttarakhand today. According to the State Disaster Response Force, the bus was travelling from Bhikiyasain to Ramnagar and had around 17 to 18 people on board.
The injured are receiving treatment at the government hospital in Bhikiyasain. After the accident, the administration and rescue teams rushed to the spot. The rescue operation is underway.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi today expressed condolences on the loss of lives due to a bus mishap in the Almora district of Uttarakhand. In a social media post, Mr Modi said that this incident is extremely saddening. The Prime Minister also wished for the speedy recovery of the injured
