Health and Family Welfare Minister Jagat Prakash Nadda today reviewed the progress of the Indian Pharmacopoeia Commission (IPC). In a social media post, Mr Nadda appreciated IPC’s sustained efforts in strengthening pharmacopoeial standards, pharmacovigilance systems and regulatory science.
The Minister added that the commission plays a vital role in ensuring the quality, safety and efficacy of medicines for the people of the country and the global community. He further said that these efforts reflect the country’s growing scientific self-reliance and are aligned with the vision of Atmanirbhar Bharat.
