Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Singh Thakur participated in BJP’S Gujarat Gaurav yatra in Surendranagar district on 15th October. The minister addressed public meets at Dhrangadhra, Malvan and Surendranagar.

Addressing at Malvan, the minister said Prime minister Narendra Modi has done a massive work for the upliftment of the poors of the country. He said as many as 3 crore houses and 12 crore toilets were built for the poors in the last eight years under the leadership of Narendra Modi. Basic amenities such as electricity and water have reached to the households of poors during the last eight years in the country.

Mr. Thakur said, Gujarat is hugely benefited with the double-engine government. The minister visited various villages enroute the yatra and received grand welcome by the local people.

Gujarat Gaurav yatra is being organised by BJP to reach out to people of Gujarat to showcase the development work done by the government ahead of assembly elections.
