The administration has ordered under Article 311 of the Constitution of India in Jammu and Kashmir for their involvement in anti-national activities.
As per official press statement, law enforcement and intelligence agencies found these employees involved in activities prejudicial to the interests of the security of the State.
Acting tough on such elements, the UT Government has adopted a zero-tolerance policy towards anti-national elements who have been taking refuge as being associated with the Government machinery.
The statement further says that the Government will not hesitate in taking stern actions against these anti-national elements in future also. 39 Government officials have been dismissed earlier under provisions of Article 311 of constitution of India.
