India Meteorological Department imd has predicted heavy rainfall in Maharashtra, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand during the next few days.
IMD said a few places in Kuamaun and adjoining districts of the Garhwal region are likely to receive heavy to very heavy rainfall. In Maharashtra, the Met office has issued a yellow alert for Mumbai, Thane, and Sindhudurg.
