Covid 19 infection continues to witness a down slide across the Uttar Pradesh. There is almost around 50 percent decrease in active Corona patients and the recovery rate has also touched nearly 91 per cent.
The total number of Corona cases in the state has reached 4,52,660 of which 4,11,611 have recovered so far. Presently there were 34,420 active cases of Corona admitted to the hospitals or were in home isolation getting treatment. Altogether 2,880 fresh cases of Covid-19 were reported yesterday in the state while more than 3,528 people have recovered. According to the health department The recovery percentage for Covid 19 in the state has also increased to 90.93 per cent. A total of 6,629 people lost their lives to the lethal virus with 40 fresh fatalities yesterday.
A total of 1,62,471 samples were tested yesterday and the total Covid tests in the state has gone up to a record 1,28,41,878.
