In the past 24 hours, 161 persons were discharged from different COVID Care Centres in Manipur thus improving the recovery rate to 68.92 per cent. So far 3,616 persons have recovered in the State out of the total cases of 5,246.
Meanwhile, 114 including 47 personnel from the Central Armed Police Force were confirmed as new COVID-19 positive cases in the past 24 hours .
The number of active cases stands at 1,608. The pandemic has claimed 22 live in the State so far.
