After the resumption of operation of domestic air traffic in the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir, 16 flights with 1,695 passengers on board arrived at Jammu and Srinagar Airports today.

341 passengers onboard 6 regular commercial flights arrived at Jammu while 10 flights with 1,354 passengers on board landed at Srinagar Airport today.

After arrival, all the passengers were tested for COVID-19. J&K Government has made elaborate arrangements for the arrival, screening, sampling and proper transportation of the passengers to the quarantine centers taking special care of guidelines and SOPs prescribed by the Centre.

After the resumption of domestic air traffic on May 25, 44 domestic flights with 1,900 stranded passengers have landed at Jammu airport wheareas, 66 domestic flights carrying 7,978 stranded residents have landed at Srinagar Airport so far.
