Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandh Vadra today addressed a public meeting at Ambala in Haryana. She alleged that people lost 5 lakh jobs due to demonetization in the country and 24 lakh jobs are lying vacant in the government sector.
She promised to fill these vacancies within a year if voted to power. She also alleged that MGNREGA was weakened by the present government.
The congress leader accused the government for farmers plight and said in congress ruled states the farmer loans were waived off. She promised that farmers would not be sent to jail if they fail to repay the loan.
