The President of India, as advised by the Prime Minister, has directed the following:-
(i) D. V. Sadananda Gowda, Cabinet Minister, be assigned the charge of the Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, in addition to his existing portfolio, and;
(ii) Narendra Singh Tomar, Cabinet Minister, be assigned the charge of the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs, in addition to his existing portfolios.
The vacancies were created following death of Ananth Kumar who dies yesterday following illeness
