A direct flight between Varanasi and Kathmandu was flagged off by Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath yesterday.
The first flight took off from the Lal Bahadur Shastri International Airport at Babatpur at 6.20 last evening. The flight will fly twice a week on Monday and Friday. Mr. Yogi said such a step will have a positive impact on the tourism industry.
