President Pranab Mukherjee has arrived in Namibia in last leg of his three-nation tour to African countries. During the President’s two-day visit key negotiations on Uranium supply for civil nuclear use will take place besides other bilateral issues.
Earlier, the President concluded his visit to Ivory coast where he was conferred the highest national award of the African nation by its President.
PM Narendra Modi congratulated him on being conferred the Honour.
The President received a key and parchment from governor of Abidjan and is now considered an honorary citizen of Abidjan. At the key receiving ceremony, President was presented with a Traditional dress and a golden traditional authority stick.
