Three Assam Rifles personnel were injured in an Improvised Explosive Device blast at T Minou village near the Indo-Myanmar border today. The blast took place early this morning when the Assam Rifles personnel were on foot patrol in the vicinity of the village which has a large presence of underground outfits, a police officer said. They received splinter injuries. No outfit has claimed responsibility for the explosion, he said. T Minou village is located some 5 km from the border town of Moreh in the state.
