280 NGOs receive get help from Azad Foundation
NEW DELHI: The Government has said that 280 Non Government Organizations (NGOs) in the country, including 94 NGOs from Uttar Pradesh, have received financial assistance from the Maulana Azad Education Foundation (MAEF) during the last three years. Minister of Minority Affairs Salman Khurshid, gave this information in written reply tin the Rajya Sabha,. he also gave the year-wise break up as under:
