In Ukraine, at least 19 people were killed following Russian rocket attack on a TV tower in the western part of the country.
The Rivne regional government posted on its Facebook page today that the rocket hit a TV tower in Antopol, a village outside the city of Rivne.
The village is only about 160 kilometers (100 miles) from the border of NATO member state Poland.
