US military has said, it killed 13 members of Al-Qaeda in air strikes in Yemen. US Central Command, in a statement, said, three air strikes were carried out between 24th of last month and 4th of this month in Shabwah governorate. The statement said, the group remains a significant threat to the region, United States and beyond.
Yemen is in the grip of a conflict between its Saudi-backed government and rebels.
