In a tweet, Mr. Modi, while condemning the incidents, said that his thoughts are with families of the deceased and prayers with the injured. US President Donald Trump spoken with British Prime Minister Theresa May on phone to offer his condolences. He also offered US’ full support in investigating the attack.
French president Emmanuel Macron said France is more than ever at the side of the UK in its fight against terrorism. Australian Prime Minister, Malcolm Turnbull, said his country’s prayers and resolute solidarity are with the people of Britain. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau termed the attacks as awful news.
Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak said he was shocked and disgusted. In a tweet, he said Malaysia condemns the heinous acts and stands with the people of Britain. The president of the EU Commission, Jean-Claude Juncker, said his thoughts and prayers were with the victims and their families.
