The CBI has made first arrest in Vyapam scam of Madhya Pradesh. The investigative agency arrested absconding broker Anil Kumar Shah from Patna.
This is the first arrest by the CBI in Vyapam scam after taking over the probe into the scam last year. He was wanted in police constable recruitment exam.
A reward of three thousand rupees was announced on his arrest. A local court of Bhopal has sent him to judicial custody till 23 of this month.
