Nine persons were killed in a road accident this morning in Bijnore district on Kashipur road National Highway 72 under Dhampur police station. They include three women and three children.
Quoting police sources that victims were traveling in a car and accident happened when the vehicle collided head on with a UP roadways bus coming from opposite direction. They were from Lakhimpur Kheri district and coming back from Uttarakhand. Three seriously injured have been admitted in local hospital.
