The toll in Greater Noida violence Saturday has reached to four. The UP police announced a reward of Rs 50,000 for arrest of Manvir Singh Tevatia, who has been leading the farmers’ agitation at Bhatta Parsaul since January 17.
The police action as been widely condemned by the political parties including the Congress, the BJP, RLD, JD-U and the SP, the parties criticised the Mayawati government for the situation.
