Uttar Pradesh Anti-Terrorism Squad has arrested two persons including a former Indian Air Force airman Ghouse Mohammad Khan in connection with the Bhopal-Ujjain passenger train blast.
Additional Director-General of UP Police (Law and Order), Daljit Singh Chawdhary, said Khan was the main accused and mastermind of the blast.
The second suspect arrested yesterday Azhar, was the main supplier of arms for the module.
With this, the total number of arrests in the case has reached eight. While five members of the module radicalised by Islamic State terror group have been arrested from UP, three others have been arrested from Madhya Pradesh.
