The United Nations hosted negotiations on the Syrian conflict planned for February 8 in Geneva have been postponed. Russia’s Foreign Minister,Sergey Lavrov said in a meeting with Syrian opposition representatives in Moscow that U.N.mediated Geneva talks, previously set for Feb. 8, have been postponed until the end of the month.
However, there was no confirmation from the United Nations on the latest plans for the next round of talks between the Syrian regime and opposition.
