US President Donald Trump today asked the Arab World to confront extremism in Islam. Addressing a summit of Islamic nations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, Donald Trump said, the fight against extremism is not a battle between different faiths but a battle between good and evil.
He called on Muslim majority nations to do more themselves to stamp out extremism. He said, fight against extremism is not a battle between different faiths, different sects or different civilizations, it is a battle between barbaric criminals who seek to obliterate human life.
The speech is part of a re-set effort with the Muslim world after Trump frequently attacked Muslims on the campaign trail last year and tried to ban many from entering the United States.
