Tensions in West Asia continue to rise as the ongoing conflict expands across multiple fronts. Iran has launched a new series of airstrikes targeting the United Arab Emirates, with the UAE Ministry of Defence reporting that its air defence systems successfully intercepted 19 ballistic missiles and 26 drones.

In Iran, attacks were reported in Khuzestan province, with multiple impacts on Minu Island and two strikes each in the Khorramshahr area and the city of Abadan, where explosions were also heard. Authorities have stated that no casualties have been reported from these incidents. In a separate attack on a highway bridge in Karaj, however, two people were killed.

The conflict has also spread to southern Lebanon, where Israeli airstrikes reportedly struck the towns of Sultaniyeh, Aita al-Jabal, al-Jumayjimah, and Tibnin. In northern Israel, sirens sounded across the Upper Galilee after a barrage of rockets was fired from southern Lebanon, targeting areas including Rosh Hanikra, the settlement of Shlomi, and parts of the Western Galilee.

In Iran, news agencies reported that Mohammad-Ali Fathalizadeh, a commander in the Fatehin unit of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), was killed in the ongoing war.
