A professional car racer Ashwin Sundar and his wife were killed in a car accident in Chennai today. Ashwin who drove the BMW car lost control and reported to have rammed into a wall near Santhom and caught in between the wall and a tree closeby.
In the impact, the car caught fire, leading to the couple’s death. The fire brigade doused the fire in a half-an-hour operation and retrieved the charred bodies. The police sent the bodies for post mortem and have registered a case.
