The Special Investigation Team of police has arrested a Head Constable Lal Chand of Intelligence wing of Chandigarh police for his alleged involvement in Sirsa Dera chief’s escape bid on August 25.
Confirming the arrest Panchkula police commissioner A S Chawla said that in a video footage he was found outside CBI court on August 25 but he was not on official duty.
