BJP leader and actor Shatrughan Sinha rubbished reports that he may leave the Bharatiya Janata Party. Talking to media in New Delhi Friday, he stressed that his loyalty to BJP remains the same and that he has been through the party in its up’s and down’s. Mr Sinha said, he is not leaving BJP and if someone thinks that he is going then he or she is wrong. The actor turned politician said, he is the first ever Bollywood actor to have joined this party and he has been with BJP ever since party had only two seats.

Defending his tweets once again on the suspension of 25 Congress MPs, he said, Opposition parties are not enemies but part of the society. He said, there is nothing wrong in appreciating the Opposition if they do good work. He said, he was inspired by Jaiprakash Narayan to join healthy politics and he does not think if he lauds the opposition, his loyalty to the party can be questioned. He said, making cordial relations and friendship with everyone are just the basic etiquettes of politics.
