A three judge bench of the Supreme Court has dismissed Yakub Memon’s petition against ‘death warrant’ and said the issue of death warrant is in order. Earlier in the day, a three judge bench of the Supreme Court dismissed Yakub Memon’s curative plea.
The bench maintained that there was no procedural lapse and that the earlier bench was appropriately formed.
