Supreme CourtSupreme Court today has dismissed plea seeking laying down of guidelines on how cesarean deliveries should be conducted. The Apex Court slapped 25,000 rupees as cost on the petitioner saying the plea seeking guidelines for cesarean deliveries is an abuse of process of law.
