In Haryana, Gurugram District Court on Tuesday granted bail to accused bus conductor Ashok Kumar in the murder of Ryan International School student Pradhuman Thakur.
The Court observed that CBI did not submit any evidence against conductor and allowed the bail with a bond of Rs 50,000.
Lawyer of conductor, Anil Sharma said that the bail was granted under Article 21 of the constitution and there were lot of differences between findings of CBI and Haryana Police, so the court given benefit of doubt to the conductor.
