Russian President Vladimir Putin today offered condolences to India on the Amritsar train accident. The Russian Embassy said, Mr Putin offered condolences to President Ram Nath Kovind and Prime Minister Narendra Modi on the train accident. He conveyed his support to families of the victims of the train accident.
