The Rajya Sabha on Tuesday congratulated shooters Manu Bhaker and Shahzar Rizvi for winning Gold Medals at the ongoing ISSF World Cup in Guadalajara, Mexico.
Making a reference in the House, Chairman M Venkaiah Naidu said, the outstanding achievements are a matter of great pride for the entire nation.
