RJD Chief Lalu Prasad Wednesday asked opposition parties to come on a single platform to stop BJP led NDA government at the Centre in next elections. Snubbing Rahul Gandhi and Nitish Kumar, RJD Leader Lalu Prasad said, Priyanka Gandhi should lead the 2019 general elections.
Talking to media in Patna Lalu Prasad said, if BSP leader Mayawati and SP leader Akhilesh Yadav come together it would be very difficult for BJP to come in power.
Mr. Prasad also said, TMC leader Mamta Banerjee and AAP leader Arvind Kejariwal should join hands ignoring their differences. Lalu Prasad said, he and his sons Tejaswi Yadav and Tej Pratap Yadav will be also part of this front. He said if this front is formed, dreams of BJP retaining power will not be fulfilled.
Accusing BJP government Lalu Prasad said, emergency like situation prevails in the country and people will forget emergency period during Indira Gandhi regime. Lalu said, the Centre is harassing him but he will not surrender.
