President Ram Nath Kovind today extended warmest wishes and felicitations to President Andry Rajoelina, Government and people of Madagascar on the occasion of their 60th Independence Day. In a tweet, Mr Kovind said, he fondly recalls visiting Madagascar in 2018. He said, India deeply values its ties with Madagascar.
