As part of his two-nation tour to Turkmenistan and the Netherland, President Ram Nath Kovind has arrived at Turkmenistan’s capital city Ashgabat a short while ago. President Kovind was received at the airport by the Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedow. He was accorded a ceremonial welcome at the airport and presented with the guard of honour.
