Biennial elections to the four Bihar legislative council seats and bypoll to its fifth seat are going on peacefully today amidst tight security arrangements.
Polling will continue till 4 pm. Fourty eight candidates are in the fray. The counting of votes will be on the 5th of April. Elaborate arrangements have been made to ensure free and fair polls.
