Prime Minister Narendra Modi held a telephonic conversation with U.S. President Donald Trump today. In a social media post, Mr Modi said that the two leaders reviewed the progress in bilateral relations and discussed regional and international developments. He said that India and the U.S. will continue to work together for global peace, stability, and prosperity.
“Had a very warm and engaging conversation with President Trump. We reviewed the progress in our bilateral relations and discussed regional and international developments. India and the US will continue to work together for global peace, stability and prosperity,” PM Modi posted on X.
Both leaders reviewed the India-US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership and expressed satisfaction over the steady strengthening of cooperation across sectors.
