Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday said, the Parshuram Kund Festival to be held in Arunachal Pradesh from 12th to 16th January is a unique opportunity to explore the state. Quoting a tweet by the state Chief Minister Pema Khandu, Mr. Modi said the Festival looks like a blissful experience.
