Telangana State Chief Secretary Somesh Kumar today said one crore more doses of COVID -19 vaccines will be distributed in the state during this month. Inaugurating a mega Vaccination centre at the Khazaguda Sports Complex in Hyderabad this morning, he informed that six more mega centres will be shortly opened in Hyderabad.
These vaccination centres will remain open from 7AM to 11 PM and both Covishield and Covaxin will be available at these centres. 3-4 lakh covid vaccine doses are being given daily under the special drive for achieving 100 per cent covid vaccination in the state. Hoping that cent per cent will be covered in the state by the end of this month, he said 2 crore 80 lakh people have so far been vaccinated at least one dose in the state.
