The National Investigation Agency,NIA, today announced cash reward for any information on two absconders of S S Khaplang group.
They were associated with the attack on Assam Rifles personnel in Kohima on 26th of March this year.
The attack followed string of strikes on the Armed forces including attack on 6th Dogra Regiment convoy in Chandel District of Manipur on 4th of June this year killing 18 Army personnel.
In a release issued in New Delhi, the investigation agency said that any person given any reliable information of whereabouts of Niki Sumi will be given reward of Rs. 10 lakh. The person who will give information about SS Khaplang will get Rs. 7 lakh.
S S Khaplang is head of NSCN-K group and Niki Sumi is in-charge of armed wing of the group.
