Mr Prasad said here it was really humiliating for Mr Kumar who repeatedly requested with folded hands to Mr Modi for consideration of demand for Central University status to Patna University, during its centenary celebration but he rejected it. Mr Kumar should understand the fact that Mr Modi was not prepared to pay any heed to his request on any issue, he remarked.
“Mr Kumar is also trying to befool the people of Bihar as he has made the mess, education system in the state and assuring the people about state regaining its past glory,” RJD chief said how Bihar could become again a seat of learning for the world, if there was no teacher in the school and students were struggling to get quality education.
Mr Prasad said that Mr Modi had announced immediate assistance of Rs 500 Crores during his last visit to flood ravaged districts of Bihar for providing relief to flood victims but the fund was nowhere. Bihar was still to get the fund and people were feeling cheated, he noted.
