West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee today met Home Minister Amit Shah. Later talking to media, Ms Banerjee said, she handed over a letter to the Home Minister, urging that the genuine voters left out in the NRC in Assam should be given another chance.
Ms Banerjee said, it was her first meeting with Mr Shah after he became the Home Minister. She said she discussed with him various issues as the state has borders with neighbouring countries.
