Protesting against autocracy in party the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP) MP Rama Singh on Tuesday resigned from all party posts. He said that there was “no internal democracy” in Ram Vilas Paswan’s party.

Earlier Singh expressed unhappiness that he was sidelined during seat-sharing among National Democratic Alliance (NDA) parties for the five-phase Bihar assembly polls.

The move comes as LJP sulks over seat-sharing in the NDA ahead of Bihar assembly elections.

Rama Singh, is likely to resign from the primary membership of the LJP soon.

Singh questioned the way he was not involved in the finalisation of seat-sharing arrangement.

He cautioned the LJP that ignoring senior and experienced leaders like him would cost it dear in the assembly elections.
