Jammu and Kashmir Governor Satya Pal Malik has said that life in the valley is returning to normal.
Briefing media here this evening, Mr Malik said, every life is valuable and the government does not want the loss of even a single life.
There has been no civilian casualty. He promised election and vibrant democracy in the state.
The Governor said, the Administration is opening mobile phone connectivity in Kupwara and Handwara districts of Kashmir and soon connectivity will be opened in other districts as well.
The Governor announced that in coming two to three months, about 50 thousand government jobs will be provided to the youths of the State.
He said, the recruitment drive is underway and 50 more degree colleges will be set up in the state.
