At least 60 people were killed in an attack on a military base in southern Libya following clashes between rival factions. According to reports, the clashes took place at Brak El-Shati airbase.
Meanwhile, a tribal elder and five other people were killed in a car bomb blast in Suluq town, 50 kilometers south of Benghazi today. According to a security official, the blast took place outside a mosque when people were coming out after the prayer.
